we get a lot of similar e-shots from our suppliers and there seems to be a subtle difference between theirs and mine. However, on an internal test (ie sending to a selection of internal addresses) the email goes into the 'junk' box in Outlook 2010.
My problem is that I am trying to send out some e-shots to existing customers. Hope someone can help? I am not a programmer or coder so please treat me gently!
